ABOUT ME

I decided to uproot from my western Canadian life and move to the Netherlands for a year. I liked it so much over here, that I have moved to Luxembourg now. Its been a bit interesting, but im loving the adventure so far, even if my French is patchy.

I didn't make it all the way over here to sit at home

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now i am just surfing but when i have a place to call home i would love to start hosting as well. It is just a lovely way to meet interesting people

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been able to meet such lovely people surfing around Europe and Couchsurfing always leads to my most interesting travel stories.

Interests

skiing, hiking, swimming, pretty much anything that gets me outside
reading a good book on the porch with a cup of tea
baking (cinnamon buns and carrot cake are my favourites)
i try to do something active everyday :)

Music, Movies, and Books

nothing better than a book on the train/plane/bus ride. I am currently reading The Poisonwood Bible, quite worth the time

for music i used to say anything but country but that slowly crept into my heart too
