I am a 59 year old divorced guy with the heart and sole of an 18 year old.
Since giving up work more than 5 years ago, i have been travelling the world for a about 6 months of the year, only going home to visit my family and friends.
I have two married daughters and 4 grandchildren
I get on well with 99% of the people I meet and I am a very easy guy to get along with.
My past jobs have included being in the insurance industry for nearly 20 years, owning and running my own limousine and wedding car service and working for the London post office services.
Since about 18 years of age, it has been my ambition to one day travel the world.
My dreams and ambition over the last 5 years have been realised.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

To be honest, i would like to say it's about meeting new people, but i do that all the time while travelling anyway, especially as most of the time i spend in hostals.
I wanted to join couch surfing to be able to hook up with more local people to hopefully learn more of the different cultures and maybe to hang out with someone local who maybe willing to show me round their town or city.

I enjoy all kinds of music right up to modern day, but my favorite has to be Motown. It was the era i was brought up in.
Movies, Action. Comedy. Favorite all time has to be ( The Italian Job ) the original with Michael Caine.
Books. Not much of a reader. Only read the occasional book.

Hiked to the top of Wayna Pichu to see the view of Machu Pichu from above.
You may say not such an amazing thing, but hiking up there with a chest infection, i was amazed i made it. The view was totally worth it.
