ABOUT ME

I would describe myself as a person who likes to explore the world. I am interested in diversity of cultures and meeting people.

I am really interested in the sustainable topic. I study Engineering in Sustainable Development here in Monterrey, Mexico in Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey. I care a lot for the earth and nature itself.

Besides my professional career, I have always loved music and visual art! I played the guitar since I was 12 years old, left it, and started playing again some years ago. I travel with my ukulele and other musical instruments with me to have a good jam!

I really love drawing mandalas and geometric figures. I find really pleasant and peaceful drawing and painting. I like doing collaborative drawings improvising listening to music.

I am starting a cap brand named Dobletres which I have made some designs and I am currently working in a new collection inspired in Latin America.

I like learning new things, almost anything; and always will be with the best intention to learn. Specially things that have to do with the hands, Im pretty good with them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like meeting new people and having interesting conversations. I like talking about how's life in the country people live, their dreams, beliefs and anything worth sharing. I really like listening to what people want to share.

Interests

I like to be in the wilderness hiking or just enjoying beautiful landscapes. I like to play Ultimate Frisbee and Soccer. I enjoy myself cooking and learning new recipes or just experimenting. I am a person who really likes to experiment and explore, I would consider myself as a really energetic person. I prefer being anywhere rather than watching TV and I dont watch any TV shows.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked in the biggest glacier of all Europe, Skaftafell, carrying 300-500 kg rocks down cliff to make some steps for the park!

I am really good at drawing mandalas and would be more than happy to teach anyone! Its really easy!

I can also love teaching how to play instruments, but don't expect a professional class, just an amateur basic learning of guitar and ukulele.
