I love living in Brighton and making the most of all that it has to offer. I've lived here, on and off, for 20 years.

I'm active and energetic, with lots of sporty interests (tennis, mountain biking, running, windsurfing, kitesurfing).

I'm also very much into meditation, mindfulness, well-being and have been exploring in and around buddhism and similar world views for many years.

I'm currently in the early stages of a freelancing adventure, having spent my career doing research, policy analysis and campaigning around democracy, corruption and poverty around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've got an apartment that's big enough for an occasional guest (or maybe two).

It seems a shame to waste the space when there are friendly folks who are looking for a place to stay.

And, I'm happy to make new friends from around the world, and around the UK.
