About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Try and find sustainable work that will not impose formal working hours.
ABOUT ME
After working 8-16 for 2 years in a good company with a good salary I've decided to quit my job and move to a different city.
I don't have a plan on what will I do next and currently I like it that way.
I'm not one of those "quit everything to travel the world" kind of guys, and would currently define myself as someone who is starting to explore "slow travel".
By that I mean moving to a new city in a different country and spending some time there, find a job, learn the basics of the language etc...
Really enjoy singing and exploring different kind of instruments (I only know how to play the piano and guitar, the others I just like exploring).
I also really like embedded development on Linux, just don't feel like doing it 0800-1600 :)
PHILOSOPHY
When someone throws a rock on you, you throw bread on yourself.
Forgive yourself often when repeating mistakes.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I participate CS by hosting different people and meeting them with my friends. It makes me happy when some of my friend which aren't officially a part of CS end up hosting one of my couchsurfers :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I was amazed when I realized how hosting can be a fulfilling experience. Getting to explain your culture, history and life story to someone who knows absolutely nothing about it a great way to get to know yourself better.
When giving the couchsurfers a tour of the city, the parts I passed by and ignored hundreds of time suddenly have something new and interesting about them :)
Interests
I enjoy singing and I play the guitar. However, the reason i learned to play the guitar is that i can sing when there's nobody else to play. Also vocal harmonisation, I really like to do that in caves.
I have recently discovered a passion for woodworking.
It's fun... and loud and messy. :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Meditate to a sunset on a hill.
Sing with my choir friends on a rainy morning.
Fallen in love on an ordinary day :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I could teach someone the basics of playing the guitar and singing.
I've recently developed a passion for woodworking will gladly share what I've learned.
Also I gave lectures on programming and was teaching at a university before so there some of that to. :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Since I usually bring my guitalele with me, we could share a song or possibly jamm together.
I'm not that much into cooking but can make "vegetables in the oven" which is what I usually eat when cooking at home.
We could try to meditate together (I am however no teacher and can only give my perspective on what i do while meditating :) ).
Also, I do try and bring the local drink from my country called Pelinkovac as a little gift to the host.
