About Me
Alanna and Keaton - lawyer and engineer and farmers
We are farm people transplanted to the city, where we still grow things and make a lot of food from scratch. When we travel our priorities are: great sandwiches, pastries, coffee, architecture and chaotic gardens.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We love to build friendships in different communities!
Keaton and I stayed at a small dairy farm in Upper Austria with a kind family, the Alps visible in the distance. It was such a lovely experience and we want to pay it forward.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When travelled solo in Honduras, I completed the highest zip line in Latin America - strung between two mountains. I rode up the mountain switchbacks on the back of a motorcycle and we zipped down over the long valley, eventually landing near the town.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would like to become fully fluent in French.
I can teach how to bake bannock. Keaton can teach you card games.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can tell stories about growing up on a farm, draw or paint something for you, cook a meal, recite one poem, and navigate from the backseat of a car.
