About Me

an Aussie turned Ossi (Melbourne born and raised)

I'm still young, and studying to try and find my way in the world. I guess I'm a bit logical (too much at times) and really want to get to know people, their history and their cultures. I love that everyone is different and has something to share.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've tried CouchSurfing previously and now I'm making the most of being in Europe. Why not exchange a bit of banter for a place to rest my head!

I love to meet new people and hear their stories, a new perspective is always refreshing. As many people know, your environment has a great deal of influence on who you are, so meeting people from all walks of life often helps you find the answer to whatever is bugging you.

Interests

Photography and anything mechanical, I love fixing things! I like visiting places and sharing my experiences with friends and family. I also enjoy singing and making music.

Photography is my biggest passion, I often shoot weddings and other events on the weekend

Music, Movies, and Books

I like many different forms of music, from Nickleback to AC/DC, Eminem to Dr.Dre, Queen to Kanye (when he was only half the douche bag he is now), K.I.Z, Peter Fox, toten hosen and so on. I'm not really up with the most recent tunes, but Ed Sheeran isn't bad either.
I really don't watch many movies, but I guess I liked Lord Of The Rings and Star Wars more than most others (OK, I'm a bit of a nerd, who isn't)
I really don't read enough, but I like The Tomorrow series by John Marsden, Matthew Reilly I always find to be enthralling, though I will sometimes pick up a classic or a modern book and completely enjoy the philosophical inward thinking it encourages. More recently I've been reading life advice books... not sure if that's a good thing

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Am I allowed to say nothing yet, but I'll get there soon?

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cooking: My cooking is relatively basic, though I'd be happy to either give it a shot, or simply help
Conversation: I love to hear you talk about your experiences and share mine too. Couch Surfing is about meeting new people and getting to know them, something I love to do
Handy man: If you have something that needs fixing, and the tools but not the knowledge, ability or time, I'd be happy to help (from Oil changes to paining to installing a new hard drive, I've probably done it before)
Photography: Happy to help out with a few images for a small business or some social media pics
