About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To buy all the cinnamon buns.

ABOUT ME

Slim, can't settle on a hairstyle. I'd like to be a flying squirrel. I like sitting backwards on the train and listening to solemn music that makes me feel like a profound man leaving his family behind for an untellable yet noble reason, perhaps shedding a single tear but maintaining a stony resolve because I know it's the right thing to do, then denying that anything is wrong to the friendly train conductor who then gives a knowing smile as if to say "I've been there man" and I wonder if we'd be friends but alas he must continue with his job and I must continue being profound. I have a 50m swimming certificate but it was back-crawl.

PHILOSOPHY

Excess in moderation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted in the past in Cardiff and try to make people as comfortable as possible, travelling is tiring enough and people should feel at home.
Truth is I check it when I need to travel. It's a sad reality.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Many good friends who host and surf.

Interests

Electro-swing, hammocks and cinnamon buns. I'm interested in that feeling you get when you think there's another step at the bottom of the stairs and your foot then hits the ground really hard because you're assuming it will travel further. I wonder wether those steps you feel like you fall down when trying to sleep are your body making up for when that happens.

Music, Movies, and Books

In abundance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I bought a really nice coat, it was quite expensive but makes me feel like David Bowie. My dad is certain it's a dressing gown.

Teach, Learn, Share

I will happily get boring about my limited knowledge of photography, poetry and film. A few wines and I'll do my best with everything else.
