Overview
About Me
I'm on a mission to see and experience as much as I can.
I've just arrived in Colombia with a teaching degree and am excited to witness as much of South America as possible. I've begun learning Spanish and loving it, but at the moment mi Espanol no es muy bueno!
I'm a lover of music, food, arts, sports, the outdoors, animals, world affairs and human connection.
You'll most likely find me checking out live music and in search of fine people to share a beer and a laugh with.
I am easy going, inquisitive and eager for new experiences.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people!
Happy to host when I've a home to share, and will be a considerate and engaging guest when offered.

I live for music, friendly jams, local gigs, concerts and music festivals. Love discovering new places, museums and national parks.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love all kinds of music as long as it sounds good. Some favourites include The Stooges, Paul Simon, Sharon Van Etten, Bob Dylan, Burial, Thee Oh Sees and Kendrick Lamar.
Same goes for films and TV, love all genres, from Star Wars to The Shining to Monty Python. Big Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones fan.
I love books but I'm a slow reader, some favourite novels are Blood Meridian, Perfume, Moby Dick, Pilgermann, One Hundred Years of Solitude, and Post Office.
