CURRENT MISSION
We are two brothers from Uruguay, South America. We started to travel in 2013 and did a world trip together, travelling during three and a half years around the world. Whenever we finished this trip, we decided to know deeply our own country and appreciate our things as we did with the rest. We did a six months trip around Uruguay, big cities and tiny villages, travelling through the people. After that, we did many trips through Russia, Mongolia, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Hawai, Poland, Hungary an Uganda. We've worked in television, radio and always as travel bloggers. We travel the world mixing tourism and writings in media about interesting stories. We also love helping people who visit my country, meeting them to visit touristic and non-touristic places, share meals, stories and some drinks as well.
Our mission: to get to every place that diserve to be visited, knowing local and other tourists, knowing history and having fun.
ABOUT ME
www.instagram.com/viajealavuelta - www.twitter.com/viajeaalavuelta - www.youtube.com/c/alavuelta www.facebook.com/viajealavuelta - We are two easy going guys from Uruguay. We enjoy everything, from having a deep conversation about the life to having fun in a night club, through doing extreme sports, visiting historic places, walking around the cities, sharing moments with people and more. Everything at all.
PHILOSOPHY
Hakuna Matata. This is our philosophy. "Hakuna matata" is a Swahili phrase (African language) that can be translated as "no worries". Its meaning is similar to the English phrase "don't worry, be happy". Thats all what we say about the way we want to and wish the others to live the life. It is too short to do every thing what diserves to be done, so we cant spend time worrying about complicated issues.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We are looking to surf and we always couch while we are not travelling.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We surfed and hosted. At the beginning in our city was difficult to host because we live with our parents and siblings but while we lived in Melbourne, Australia, was easier and we hosted a lot of people. Sharing is caring. We made heaps of new friends.
