Hi there! My name is Alba, I'm a 21 years old spanish girl and I'm studying Medicine in Zaragoza, my hometown.
I really like to travel and meet new people from different places, and cultures.
I consider myself as an easy-going person, I try to be kind and treat the people I know just how I would like to be treated!
I also like to play the guitar, although I only can play very basic things... But I try my best!
I am really interested in new stories and life experiences, as I am glad to share mines maybe with a coffee or a beer

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Right now I am doing Erasmus in Coimbra, so unfortunately I am not able to host... But Ithink travelling with Couchsurfing is a really good oportunity to get to know new people, from the place that I might be travelling to, and share life experiences as I already said before!

Interests

My big interest is music. I love singing, everytime and everywhere! If I had to find something to define myself, it would be music and my voice. There is an specific song for every moment of your life. You just have to listen and you will find :)

My other big passion is Medicine, trying to understand what happens inside the human body is amazing and I don't think I will stop learning anytime of my life

Music, Movies, and Books

I like almost every kind of music. I love discovering new artists, and also old ones. Lately I've been listening to Kodaline, a very smooth, kind of Pop with Indie style.
I love Nina Simone, "Feeling good" is one of my favorites. Also Elvis Presley with "Can't help falling in love" or the big Amy Winehouse with "You know I'm no good" or "Back to black" or "Will you still love me tomorrow"...

I don't know if I have a favorite movie... My father used to make my little sister and me watch Charles Chaplin old films, in black and white. I remember I liked them a lot. I also liked it a lot when I watched "Ghost". As you can see, I'm a hopeless romantic ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well it is not really "amazing", but I have done a lot of volunteering, in the hospital and in a slum in Sevilla, Spain during the summer, so if you want to listen I have a lot to tell you about this!

Teach, Learn, Share

Of course I will be glad to teach some spanish words, as it is my mother language! Maybe with a beer, or a coffee... As you prefer, I like both! But what I like the most is the company, and talking.

I would like to learn maybe any other language... As english, or portuguese, french, italian... I try my best and I am not so bad in learning new languages! Also I like to learn about art... Or music...
