Overview
About Me
We are a French couple, both 30, who quit everything we had in France to travel in Asia. Sticked to our backpacks, we travel slowly, swaying softly in the wind... like two small snails. We crossed Europe then Russia to spent some time around the Baikal Lake. Then Mongolia and China. In Hanoi, we decided to challenge a bit ourselves and bought bicycles... that we kept so far, after having crossed Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand with them. We are now in Malaysia, ready for a new country, new experiences and... more kilometers.

Music, Movies, and Books
Rodolphe is fan of music from Queen to Beethoven and doesn't know if his favorite album is Dark side of the moon or A night at the opera. Before going in our long trip, he was member of a completely unknown (but amazing) funk band... that means we also love discovering local bands.
Albane loves to read and write but is unable to pick a favorite book... Her kindle, a pen and a notebook are the essentials she will always have in her bag (lipstick will have to wait).
We're always in for a movie night... our favorites that comes in mind are Wes Anderson, Woody Allen, Luc Besson (in his early years!), Jean-Pierre Jeunet... but we can quickly become addicted to others (TV shows like Homeland, Newsroom, True Detective or House of cards taught us that).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most amazing thing we've ever done might be the trip we started in August 2014 which has still no planned ending...
Teach, Learn, Share
We expect to learn a lot from people we meet as they live whereas we only visit. We are always in for discussing and sharing ideas on almost everything.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We can exchange in English or French if you want to improve your language skills, and we can teach a bit of French cuisine (especially cakes and, Rodolphe's speciality: crepes!), photography tricks, travel tips or stories from the countries we have visited, and a bit of climbing experience.
