Hello Folk!
I am open-minded and easy-going, I enjoy meet new people from all over our beautiful world.
I have lived most of my life in a small town in the north of Italy, close to the stunning Lake Como and the magnificent Alps. I like being surrounded by nature and doing outdoor activities.
While I was at uni, I lived one year in Utrecht (The Netherlands), and after I spent 5 years in Australia while I completed my PhD.
I now have moved to Wolfenbüttel (Germany) - I look forward to getting an insight into the local culture and to meet the local and expats of the area.

I love the idea of couchsurfing, as it gives the opportunity to meet new people from all over the World and get to know their culture and customs. Sharing stories and experiences about our own countries and travels is enriching and fascinating.

I have hosted a couple of times and I enjoyed showing around the area where I live. I also surfed many times, especially in The Netherlands and Australia. I was hosted by people from different ages and each time I had the chance to get a profound understanding of their thoughts and life-styles.

Movies: I particularly like movies directed by Tarantino, Scorsese,Woody Allen and Tim Burton.

Music: I like every kind of music. I'm really moody about it, therefore, I listen a specific artist/band according to the moment.

Libri: I don't have a preferred genre or writer, I can tell you some of the latest book I read: The Dice Man, The Lord of Rings, The Help, The Kite Runner, Mutant Message Down Under, The da Vinci Code

One of thehe best experience in my life was the SKYDIVE!!! I did it in North of Queensland (Australia).

60 seconds of free fall from 14000 ft with the ocean under your eyes...just breathtaking.... literally!!!! :)
