About Me

I just finished my college degree of Economics major and now working as a financial analyst in a tech company. Even though I have been living in San Francisco bay area for 5 years, I actually grew up in Taiwan. If you guys want to visit Taiwan, I would totally love to be your local tour guide and share every single tourist information with you guys. If you guys love to hear more about anything about the live in SF, tech or finance, I am more than happy to share. In my free time, I write songs, play guitar, travel, take photos, and hang out with friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I went to Europe three year ago. That was my first time traveling in this couchsurfing way and that was amazing. I couldn't help to go back again. Recently I have been thinking about my life a lot. The ideal career I had in my mind in college turned out to be a not so ideal career which I found I am actually interested in. That's why I am thinking about exploring the world again. I am pretty lost right now and hopefully this trip will give me some new idea about life in general.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have been reading "Rich dad poor dad" recently and would really want to recommend this book. It's written in a very clear straight forward way but talk about important concepts which have the power to change your life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I round Taiwan island by riding a bike when I was just fifteen. It took twenty two days for me and other group members to finish the trip. It was hard and also very hot. I am so proud of myself because it needs so much courage to take this action that I believe a lot of adults can't do it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Since I grew up in Taiwan, I am just so familiar with everything related to this small island including food, tourist attractions and transportation. Besides that, I have been living in SF for 5 years so far. Very familiar with the education, lifestyle, career here.
I have several interests such as playing guitar, playing badminton and movies. So I will be happy to share these things with those whoever have the same interests.
