No, not really. I'm a pretty normal guy trying to make my life a little more interesting. I'm into normal things, films, music, books, football.
I don't smoke, but I am very used to being around it.
I drink when there's a good reason to, with friends and such. Ever tried getting drunk by yourself in the dark? It's pretty shit.
Basically the usual fair really, I'm working on finding a more quirky hobby.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well I recently quit my job and thought "Why not go travelling?" ¯＼_(ツ)_/¯
So I figured CS would be a great way to meet some swell folks as I travel around, and hopefully once I'm back home again I can offer to host.
Meeting new people seems like a cornerstone of travelling, so while I'm on the move I would be happy to meet up anyone who wants to hang out.

Interests

Football (round ball), long time Tottenham fan who has grown used to staying up well into the night to watch my team play.
Films, I like to try and find all sorts of different films from all over the globe, something that doesn't feel like it's following a formula.
Current affairs, I like knowing whats going in the world even if it bears not the slightest relevance to my daily life.
Fitness, well I used to take this alot more seriously until work got in the way, moving it back up the priorities list.

Music: Balmorhea, Bohren & der club of gore, Volcano!, The Drones, Moby, DJ Shadow, and I could go on but i feel that gives the general idea.
Films: I Saw the Devil, The Winter Sleep, Love's a Bitch, I Stand Alone, What have I done to deserve this, The Science of Sleep, and like the music I could keep this up for a while so I'll call it there.
Books: First Law Trilogy, Gentlemen Bastards Series, most of Dave Gemmel's work, The Magic of Money, and that's enough of that.
