ABOUT ME

My close friends would probably say that i'm a funny, caring guy. I love making people laugh and enjoy myself. Relationships and people are very important to me, whether it is a partner or my friends. I want them to be happy whenever we hang out. I'm also determined and try to achieve things that I set my mind to.

I'm open minded and like to give every person a chance to show who they are without judging them beforehand. I also believe you should experience the world and not be afraid to travel or try something new, if you have the opportunity.

Determination and hope is what will make you successful.

Life has so much to give and offer, I want to embrace it as much as possible. It will make me rich as a human being and perhaps I will make others feel the same.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to join different events that go on in Stockholm as well as hosting people who have been coming here. Exchanging ideas and sharing my interests and thoughts with other CS people is what I probably enjoy the most.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've so far had only good CS experiences.

When I've had guest, I showed them around Old Town, visited some landmarks and took long walks in the city. We've also gone partying together and explored the Swedish club life.

Interests

I like to try out new things, meet interesting people and have a different experience.

I'm not much for traditional sports or the gym, but I like to go on an adventure. This is why I do parkour, hiking, rock climbing, camping, kayaking, diving etc. Someday, I hope I can use my experience of these things to teach others, both as work as well as a hobby. Its a life goal for me.

If Its time to party, I wont hesitate to go hard, dancing, drinking(in excessive moderation of course) and mingle around.

I'm also a sucker for movies, series and games.

Movies - The Gladiator, Ghost In Shell, The Matrix, Braveheart, Toxic Avenger and maaaaaany more. Can never have enough movies.

Books - Lord Of The Rings, The Tale Of The Otori, The Great Gatsby, Animal Farm, Hunger Games

Games - Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Elder Scrolls series, Fallout series, Pokemon, keep 'em coming

Music - Very diverse, ask me and I will tell =)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Malta, I went to a scuba diving course to get a certificate. The beauty below the surface was undescribable. I saw jellyfishes, muraines, colorful fishes, sea urchins, and a landscape that stretched forever, deep ravines and caves which go way down and it felt like flying I was flying.

When I was in Ibiza together with two friends, we decided to go one of the big clubs, namely Amnesia, where Brian Cross was playing live. There was a fire and lightning show going on, synced together with the live music. Everyone across the two floors were just in a complete state of trance. Suddenly, a random guy with an electric guitar joined the DJ on stage and started to play some awesome tunes whilst Brian Cross was doing his mix as well. I've never experienced such enveloping music and atmosphere as I did there.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn new languages, bring something from each country I've visited, I want to experience other cultures, it's a life mission to explore and learn.

I want to try out new, local food and learn recipes. Share philosophical ideas and viewpoints. Endulge the beauty of another country. Go hiking, climbing, river rafting. Anything that gives you another perspective.

I also want people with similar interests in adventurous sports to share their knowledge and experience with me.
