ABOUT ME

I love adventures and beeing outdoors, meeting new people and listening to their story. I have travelled around mainly in Europe and the US so far, but there are still so many more places, people and things out there that I would like to see, that I try to take every chance to be back on the road again. Other then that I am occupied quite a bit with my medical studies at university, doing different kind of sports, playing the piano and meeting or cooking with friends. Further I would say, that I´m a pretty tidy and well organized person. So what do you think? Shall we cook dinner together or grab a few beers?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can offer a single bed and a comfy hammock at my student´s flat in Freiburg, Germany.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I only couchsurfed a few weeks ago in Chicago together with two good friends of mine. I was amazed by the kindness and generosity of the host. It was definately a good experience, that encouraged me to do and offer more couchsurfing.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

This summer (2013)I went out west in the US with 2 good friends of mine. We had a great time, but the real adventure began, when our car blew off in the middle of a desert in Utah. So we had to be creative:) We made it somehow to the village of Moab, sold the car, built up camp on a rock in the desert, hiked through a lonely canyon for two days and finally ended up with beeing picked up by friend, who drove for 22h straight to bring us back to Wisconsin. But instead of taking the fastes way to America´s Dairyland, we chose a detour over Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Mount Rushmore and the Badlands. Driving through night and day we made it back in 2 days with a constantly wide smile on the face :) What a badass trip! At least for my friends and me.
