Diligently practising self-reflection through writing and dance, plus meditation and yoga which helps to ground me and flow through each day by day.
Also practising a mostly vegetarian, wholefood diet (with exceptions).
At the moment interested in food as medicine, medicinal aeromatherapy and deep soulful selfcare.
At home i currently work in mental health, and am a recent fan of 'chasing the scream' (hari, j) and 'the body keeps the score' (van der kolk, b) for those playing at home.

I would be grateful for the opportunity to stay with you. After many years house sharing and living out of home, i've learnt how to be a respectful and tidy and surfer!
Happy without 'modern comforts'. Have my own sleeping bag and mat.
