Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I mostly have hosted touring bands from my hay day on the road but have since started hosting people and travellers who've I've met through friends and family.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used to couch surf when I was in a touring band from my time in Ottawa. We would drive everywhere and play gigs and meet the nicest people who would put us up for the night or sometimes several nights! It became a "quid pro quo" thing between bands on the road to host other bands that were on tour. It created a amazing community of like minded individuals who all had the same goals. Now that I've step out of the "touring scene", I still continue the practice of putting up friends when they're on the road.

Left my home in Ottawa to live in The West Coast. My best life decision.

I like to cook with people. It's a great way to learn new styles and foods.
