Camped on the beach in the middle of no where and had a midnight swim where I saw luminous plankton floating in the water like stars!

And this year I walked the pilgrimage of magna vie Francigena in Sicily, a beautiful walk for 180km up and down Sicilian hills, wild camping along the way.
