About Me

Hello everyone! I'm Alberto, I'm 26 and I live in northern Italy.
In my life I study Automation Engineering and I have some part time jobs like teaching robotics to kids and being a karate referee.
My main hobbies are sports, music and travelling but I have many more like reading, photography etc.
I've been playing guitar, bass and piano for about 10 years and have had many bands in the past.
As a person many people describe me as very reliable, hard worker and funny guy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm currently planning a trip along Finland, Sweden and Norway after two weeks of volunteering in the heart of Finland.
I would love to borrow a couch for a night or two during my stops!

I think that Couchsurfing is a revolution in traveling. It helps us save a lot of money and allows us to travel more, but most of all, it lets us meet new people who often become friends!

Don't hesitate to ask for a favor in return; I will do my best to repay your kindness (cooking, cleaning, or anything else I can do).

Music, Movies, and Books

I love rock music, and Linkin Park is one of my favorite bands. I also like to listen to and play pop music, and I am curious about local traditional music.
I enjoy adventure films and animated films.
Haruki Murakami is my favorite author. I loved his book *1Q84*.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year, I went on my first solo trip. I took the train from Italy and arrived in Copenhagen. It was a challenge for me, and I did it. I met great people, had many adventures, and improved my English.

Teach, Learn, Share

Scientific subjects such as maths, physics and computer science.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm very good at cooking, and I would be honored to share some Italian recipes with you, such as various kinds of pasta and risotto, or anything else I can cook.
I'm used to living alone, so if you need help with cleaning or tidying up around the house, it's not a problem.
I also work with children, and they say I'm funny. If you have children, we can plan activities, or I can help them with their homework.
