About Me
Hello!! I am Alberto!!!
I love dancing bachata, listening to all kind of music, exploring new cities and to be honest also a foody guy, everytime i have the chance to eat something new (specially if i am hungry) i do it jeje also i love travelling, meeting new places and contrast the culture from other countries to mine and try to take a bit of them and share it with my family and friends.
I am also spontaneous although i like planning too jeje, for example, i love cycling and despite not doing it on a regular basis i enjoy taking long trips (at least i see them that way) and it has happened that after not doing exercise at all i end up riding my bike for 40 or 50km
On the other hand, I also adore having Coffee or a beer and having a nice conversation, spending some cossy time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I recall that when i was a teenager i worked in México city airport providing assistance to tourist by giving information. Doing it taught me how happy a person can be when receiving help in a country you dont know.
Also, inspired by my aunt (Who has travelled around the World) i decided to join this community to support as much as i can People Who want to know a bit about my city, hsnging around to have a conversation or even a place to stay.
I have learned from my experience that 'places' as beautiful as they can be, can always be enhanced and the most rewarding memories you have include (or are mostly) People you met.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Last year i quit my job and with the money i saved i took a two-month trip across Europe as a solo traveller and i have to say it, i loooove it and want to di it again
When i travelled to Colombia, after a long party and touristing the city the whole Day i (in the spur of the moment) joined a 10km race and finished it! (it is worth mentioning that i dont run not even when i have to use the toilet)
From this experience i decided i wanted to run such race again but now properly registered, so i saved some money and next year i ran it again, Same 10km, same me with no former preparation but driven by the desire to finish it and improve my time and, guess what?? "i did!!! (i struggled but i did it)
During a journey in Costa Rica, on my Last Day, i met a girl... Long story short: we kept chatting, skyping and calling, a few weeks later i asked her to go out (she lives in Costa Rica and i live in mexico), she agreed, and well... I took some days off from work and went to Costa Rica to have a Coffee and go to the movies with her... At the end,... Well, lets grab a drink and i can tell you the complete story.
I loove bachata! I listen to it a lot of time and dancing it is something i am passionate about! So, i danced danced and danced jeje until i was 'a bit good' and was invited to teach how to dance it! I worked for a while as instructure for 'Bachata México' dance academy.
Last but not least, when i was younger (and still) i have been passionate about english language, so I decided to continue studying it through sharing it and prior finishing university i started teaching english for teenagers and adults... And to be honest? It is one of the most rewarding things i have done in my life, having the chance to share with other people and see their improvement it is definetely something i treasure the most
