Overview
About Me
Hey there!
I'm Alberto, Italian young professional working in the beer industry, currently based in the hectic city of London. As a general overview, this could be enough.
I'm passionate about traveling, music in all of its shapes, exploring what's round the corner, meeting new people and living diversity. Teaching myself photography as well. They say easygoing and funny, hope so.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I consider Couchsurfing as a different way of traveling, way more enriching and interesting. To learn and listen, to discover and hang out together as well, whenever possible.
Being with local people, anywhere I'd been so far, has always turned out to be the most unforgettable part of my trips around.
When I have time, I love to be a guide and to make people feel the Italian atmosphere.
Interests
I'm a curious person, so basically everything could interest me. Love spending hours drinking wine and discussing about whatever comes along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books
That's the precise kind of question I couldn't answer to. And that I don't like.
I don't have a favorite kind of music. I love music in almost all of its shapes. It's up to the mood and the situation, let's say.
Favorite movie: Cast Away, for sure. Then everything from Wes Anderson, Cohen brothers, Nolan, Malick, Fincher, Tornatore, Virzì, Sorrentino, Mendes, Scorsese, Paul Thomas Anderson, Tarantino, Hallstrom, and so on.
Regarding books, I'm not a good reader, so nothing special to mention in this section.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed Mount Batur volcano in Bali and saw the sunrise from the top of it.
Assisted to a Greek Drama in Syracuse's Greek theatre.
Made a road trip throughout Portugal.
Went on a hot-air balloon in Kapadokya, Turkey.
Almost got killed by a rock slide while sleeping on a beach in the Canary Islands
Teach, Learn, Share
How to cook a good plate of Italian pasta. I thought it's something ridiculously easy, but meeting international people has proved that's not.
Stories about Venice and Italian culture.
I'm always willing to learn something new, as well as to share all of my experiences, my background and my point of view on whatever we're talking about.
