Overview
About Me
I'd like to define myself as a traveller, since I usually don't like to be a tourist. I always try to be always open to what is new, to the Unknown.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To know new people, to learn about them and from them through their home, their culture and their way of living.
Interests
I studied history, philosophy, sociology and anthropology, therefore I always enjoy to discuss these topics.
In September I'll study Development Studies in London, so I'm extremely interested in any topic related to them.
When I travel I like to spend a certain amount of time in the city/state, instead of seeing many places without having the time to really experience the local atmosphere.
I always try to see what's inside other people, to understand their way of living, culture, opinions (and to learn from them!)
I REALLY love motorcycles, and I love to travel by motorcycle as well.
I'm also passioned about photography, wine and spirits, romanticism and surrealist art. I play very badly the harmonica.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love music of almost all kinds; I can suddently change the musical genre, going from Mozart to Avril Lavigne! But I'm a big fan of Italian music.
I don't watch often movies, but when I do I go for "deep" movies, that can show you a point of view on life. My favourite director is Woody Allen, for example. But... I have to admit that I love zombie and post-apocalyptic movies! I also loved Fight Club, The Big Lebowski and Into The Wild.
I also enjoy a good book, even if lately I didn't had much time for reading (sadly).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I travelled from my home (in the North of Italy) to the Sahara Desert and back on my motorbike (being caught in a desert storm in the middle!)
Teach, Learn, Share
I believe that, from an epistemologic perspective, all points of view may claim the same truthfulness. As a result, I consider all points of view worthy to be listened and considered.
New perspectives expand my universe, multiplying my own points of view.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Sharing ideas, knowledge, experiences and my culture. Some Positive Energy and a good talk or two. A good ear for listening (or even two) :)
A couple of good Italian recipes, and my favourite Italian singers!
