HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've joined CS because I'll be very pleased to take a coffee or a tea with anyone (we could even take a tapa), to show the city, to share some of the Spanish culture or to let someone sleep at my place.

If you want to visit Madrid and you don't want to do it alone, or you don't speak Spanish, write to me ;)

My experience has always been very good, both when hosting and when showing the city.

Art, literature, theater, poetry and any way of expressing creativity.

I'm also interested in Translation, as it's my profession.

I love traveling and discovering new places. When I get to a new city, I like tasting its typical dishes or drinks, living its traditions and learning a bit of its language.

I like people and I love spending time with my friends and having fun, being under the sun in a park or going out for a beer. Whatever.

Movies: Doubt, The Hours, The Lion King, Downfall, Tim Burton's movies, Black Swan, Match Point...

Music: Bauhaus, David Bowie, Joy Division, Siouxsie & the Banshees, The Cranberries, The Cure, Björk and random stuff.

Apart from that, I also enjoy classical music. Chopin or Beethoven are among my favorites. I'm defenitely crazy about The Magic Flute.

Books: Mrs. Dalloway by Virginia Woolf, Mist by Unamuno, The Flowers of Evil by Charles Baudelaire, Shakespeare's tragedies.
