About Me

I know that you can go anywhere with a book, but it's obviously not enough: trust me, I love literature and we can talk about it, but it will never taste like a damn good Yemeni Salta (seriously if you haven't tryed it yet, go ahead, I've left a piece of my heart in that tavern). Yes, I love eating and discovering new places and their cultures, and CS it's one of the best way to jump into a place and ask what is going around. Going through suburbs, strolling to get to know the coziest places or the ones which make you feel the nature of a country.

I'm an easy going guy, even if it's very easy to make me struggle thinking about something new, you know, for finding how it works. Like if the strereotypes about physicists were true. Don't play with me. Please.

I just want to have fun, telling stories and listen to new ones.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here just to meet up new people wherever does it happen and I'm looking forward to have my own place to host travellers. Since the CS way of enjoying trips is much more exiciting than taking an hotel room and staying by youself, all I want from you is having fun and set up connections.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm always looking for something new and different and I just can't imagine my life without enjoying these three ways of storytelling, yet sometimes I find myself more impressed by the language itself. For instance I love Cohen brothers and both their ability to put you physically in the heart of a conversation and their comedy in the tragedy. I make lists about everything, so I'll be glad to receive any advice (and to share too).
Cohen brothers. David Fincher, Wes Anderson, Xavier Dolan, Sergio Leone
Herman Hesse, Italo Calvino, Milan Kundera
The Velvet Underground, The Who, Daft Punk, Emerson Lake & Palmer, Jethro Tull
but it's almost pointless to make a exaustive list.

Ah yeah also "Did I listen to pop music because I was miserable? Or was I miserable because I listened to pop music?" I'd be very glad if you could catch this quote.

Camping on the great wall of China

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a physicist and I'll be glad to share my own experiences, also how it's like from the science machinery's side. It's a popular opinion that a physicist it's the kind of guy which prefers to think, rather than to do, because he' just not able to make it anyway else. Well, I'll toughtfully consider any of your suggestion and I'll do as best as I can. ((:
I struggle to make the things I study appealing to others, because no, I'm not an astrophysicist, and neather I work at LHC in Geneva.

Countries I’ve Visited

Countries I’ve Lived In
