About Me

ABOUT ME

I see myself as an open-minded, friendly guy with a positive attitude toward life. I enjoy traveling (which I do relatively often) and getting to know new places/foods/people/customs.

I've lived in Italy until I was 21 (and even after that on and off) and after some experiences in Spain and Hungary, I have now been in Germany for a year and a half or so. Which is great, I really like Berlin and although I cannot tell how long I will stay, I think I will stick around for a while.

WHAT I DO

I work in online marketing, so I spend time in front of a screen making sure our portfolio companies get more traffic, conversions blah blah blah. I find it actually very interesting, it's nothing particularly meaningful (not at all) and I won't do this forever, but for now I enjoy it :)

LANGUAGES
Aside from Italian, I speak 🇬🇧 and 🇪🇸 .

CURRENT GOAL

Learn some German. I really should.

FAVORITE QUOTE

"Life is much too serious to be taken seriously."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing mostly to get to know folks outside of my daily usual environment (tech/marketing people, huh).
Also, I really enjoy experiencing a place through the eyes of a local.

Interests

Travel, technology, food, drinks, but most of all PEOPLE.
Because after all it is people that make a difference in our lives.

Music, Movies, and Books

BOOKS: I really like "Give and Take" by Adam Grant.

MUSIC: I like (almost) everything when it's good. I do really like indie music though.

MOVIES: that would have to be a longer conversation. I really like psychological/political/financial thriller movies, but I also love dramas and other genres. I could tell that some of our favorite films are 'Vertigo', '2001', 'Reservoir Dogs'.

Two underrated movies I'd recommend: 'Enemy' and 'Another Earth'.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

✅ Not settling for jobs when I deserved better :)

Also, I've been to some pretty amazing places this year, help me see more :)
