About Me

I consider myself a polite and easy-going person. I'm naturally curious about the world and hungry for experiences that will make me grow as a human being.
This includes meeting new people from all over the world and being open to listen to their story.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I did a 10 months Erasmus in a very cosmopolitan city, Brussels. In that period I learned how amazing it is to meet every day new people from all over the world to share life experiences and also to party with.

I got hooked to that kind of lifestyle and it was a little bit sad to return to a less stimulating environment.

That is why I chose to try CS.

Interests

I'm passionate about technology, movies and psychology besides many other things.

Two activities that I really like are hiking and cycling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I'm in an (Alt-j / Tame Impala) phase

Some movie suggestions: Requiem for a dream, The machinist, American Psycho, Waking Life, Jarhead, Prisoners, Enemy, In Bruges, The road, Gone Girl, Interstellar, The Prestige, Memento, Synecdoche New York, The tree of life, 12 Monkeys, Moon, The Thing, Dogville, La dolce vita.

Books: My favorite book is The Count of Monte Cristo. I also enjoyed Into Thin Air, The Martian, 11/22/63, Little Brother, Robopocalypse, 1Q84.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One particular thing I'm maybe too proud of, is the fact that one summer after an exam session at university, with zero physical preparation I went on top of the highest mountain in my region.
Doing that, I spent a night in a mountain hut and I had the best stargazing session in my life.
It's an almost irrelevant achievement for any mildly experienced climber, but I'm irrationally proud of it.

Another thing I'm proud of, it's the fact that in the summer between high school and university I went backpacking for a month with six friends around Europe. I know nobody will be amazed by it here on CS, but it was an authentic experience for me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm particularly interested in sharing knowledge and opinions with anyone that has experiences in video editing, audio recording, communication and public speaking.
