Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I decided to join this platform after some friends of mine told me about their unbelievable experiences all around the world with people met on Couchsurfing, so I thought I couldn't live my life without it.
I haven't been active for a while but, since now I'm living in a brand new country, I decided to use it as a channel to meet new people and get the most out of this experience.

Interests

I would start stating that I'm a passionated cook: I really enjoy cooking, especially Italian dishes. Maybe I'm the biggest Lasagna fan you'll ever meet in your entire life. But at the same time a health fanatic, which loves open air activities and almost every kind of sport. A chef straggling between a healthy life, full of fresh vegetables and fruit, and eating lasagna also for breakfast. But don't worry, I am not a bodybuilder with a brain full of proteins and hormones.
I have been studying languages for many years and these became another big passion of mine. I can speak 7 languages, thanks to several experiences during the last few years. Why learning languages? To tear down all the barriers between people with different languages backgrounds. Of course I am also a huge traveler: my parents transmitted their passion to me when I was a little boy and I will always be thankful to them for this. Not to state one of those basic sentences you can find written on postcards, but I do believe every journey I did changed my perspective of the world and helped me grow and become the person I am.

Music, Movies, and Books

Into commercial music. I just love all those basic pop to hip-hop songs.
For what concern films, I can easily get bored watching films or series. Plus, I have a big issues with actors' names. I just can't remember any.
