I´m a Spanish guy who has lived in some different places, but right now I´m living in Madrid. I work as computer animator making cartoons, and in my freetime I´m working on my own project: a touristic guide website.

I´m an open minded guy who is always looking for new experiences and to meet new people. I don´t smoke and don´t use to drink alcohol.

Well, I'm not good at describing myself. People say I'm a very helpful and friendly one. Just meet me then you take your own conclusions.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling, and Couchsurfing makes it easier. For me, it's not about getting a free spot to sleep. It´s something beyond of that: it´s the best way to know the best side of a travel, which is knowing local people and it´s cultures.

Couchsurfing is a great way to move out of your comfort zone and absorb new ways of living from individuals you wouldn't have the chance to engage with in your typical day to day. The exchange of ideas and the philosophy of Couchsurfing is something unique and I want to continue to contribute the spirit of it!

I signed up for Couchsurfing a long time ago, but I have actually done it just a couple of times before. Hopefully I can change this soon though!

Interests

TRAVEL!, photography (https://www.instagram.com/urra1980/), sports (specially football, FC Barcelona fan, something not easy living in Madrid, haha!), History, Japanese culture, sustainable living, protect the environment, and animals. Oh, and I used to play guitar and bass in some bands some years ago. :)

I will be traveling around Corea and Japan in a couple of months! I would love to know and live these amazing countries from within.

Music, Movies, and Books

I´m not going to write over here all me favourite groups, because the list would be infinite, but let´s just say that I like good music (and I know that "good music" is something relative). My favourite genre is hard rock and all it´s subgenres (used to play in a band myself), but right now I´m more into Post Rock. If you don´t know what is it, try this song: Your Hand In Mine, from the group Explosions in the Sky, and get ready to travel to another place with this wonderfull song. Oh, and thanks me later! ;)
