Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
To cast an impact on the universe of those CSers that I had an opportunity to meet!
Couch Surfing, at least for me, is not about finding free accommodation. It's about meeting people who are potentially interesting and inspiring. It's about opening up new possibilities in life. It's about learning to trust oneself and others. Above all, it's about the refinement of humanities through our active sharing and giving.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Long before joining CS, I've stayed with many people I encountered en route in the various journeys, and hosted numerous visitors in the places I lived.
After joined the community, I benefit from this site when traveling to Dublin, London and Leiden for conference. However, I only started to contribute as a host after the completion of my degree in 2012.
My current flat have so far serve as the temporary home for people (some not from CS site) coming from Canada, Norway, France, Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong and China.
Interests
Sensible conversations and sensational expeditions.
I enjoy music and cruisine, reading and hiking, the sharing of memories and imaginations, and the sketching of visions and actions. I love photos that tell stories, stories that evokes emotions, and emotions that makes breathing real.
