Hi there :) My name is Albina and my life is amazing. Originally I am from Kazakhstan, but now I have been studying almost 4 years in one of the most adorable town in the world - Klaipeda in Lithuania. I am studying Business Administration at LCC International University. I love always being in international community, meet new people, exchange experience, perception, knowledge, culture and positive emotions. My last semester I had a chance to study in Budapest, Hungary for 4 months. That was a great time to live abroad again and get to know Hungarian culture. Every summer I work in USA with Work&Travel Program. Since I do love exploring new locations and challenge myself, every summer I choose an absolute new job position to try and new State to visit.
I believe that we all are unique and each of us has a great story to share with others :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I believe in power of human connection, the way we can contribute to each other, find new friends and discover the most charming and fascinating corners of our planet. I love traveling, because it gives us an opportunity to become a better person while experiencing incredible emotions, having a great and deep conversations that can literally change your worldview, attending interesting events, learning culture and history firsthand- something that none of the greatest books or programs can do.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was a participant of volunteering program for kids with disability, the main idea of which was treatment through the art therapy. Comparing to the traditional methods, we were focusing on the personality and potential of our little audience. We used art in order to help kids to express themselves with no limits, to show them our love and acceptance, to show them how great they are and what really they can create and how they can contribute to this World.

Teach, Learn, Share

I did Internship in Sales & Marketing Department of Rixos Hotel. In my free time I work online as English teacher for Russian-speakers. I love self-education, that`s why I always search for a new and useful information that can help me to improve myself. I enjoy taking courses online from such portals as Udemy, Coursera, Skillshare , I believe in a human capital and want to invest in mine as much as I can.

What I Can Share with Hosts

The most valuable asset we all have in our hands is time. Time gives us opportunity, and which opportunity we will choose depends on us.
