Easy going, open minded and a bit shy first.

I like meeting new people and learning about cultures. I love food and cooking, cinema, going to the forest for a walk with my dog ....I love music, I play accordion and learning to play clarinet.

I like languages very much and as boring as it sounds, I can be talking about grammar differences between languages and words, sayings, ways of saying things... for hours! I think languages can tell you a lot about the culture......

The last 5 years I have been working in the cultural field, my last job was in a Symphony Orchestra! It was fun but Im glad it's over. Now Im searching for something new to do, maybe a bit different?

my first Couchsurfing experience was in 2009 in Mexico, and it was absolutely AMAZING!!! After that its hard to see a better way of traveling!

MUSIC? all kinds, as long as it's GOOD which is very subjective of course..examples:
warsaw village band, bregovic, kroke, dumbala canalla, shantel, ojos de brujo, estopa, olivia ruiz, tiersen, comelade, mastretta, la buena vida, piazzola, arto linsday, chico buarque, duara, camile, lamb, cinematic orchestra, azita, shannon wright, nina nastasia, madredeus, mariza, bjork, PJ harvey, Lhasa, Raduza, Ani Difranco, Elefteria Arvanitaki, female singers for ever :-) Others, less 'world': Belle&sebastian, camera obscura, errors, tom waits, stereolab, beirut, arcade fire, mogwai, gogol bordello, hefner, bright eyes, faun fables, the doors, the cure, CSS....

MOVIES? it could be very long but now I am tired of thinking good bands, so I'll just say directos that impressed me very much: Von Trier, Chytilova, Aki Kaurismaki, Kiarostami, JULIO MEDEM, Saura,........ Ken Loach, Wes Anderson, Xavier Dolan, Miranda July, I dunno, many many, so many good filmmakers that I didn't mention, but you can get an idea ;-)

BOOKS? I am not into novels... only newspaper and magazines. Usually about culture, traveling or politics.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I am not such an adventurous person. I traveled to Mexico by myself but that's the only adventurous thing I did in my life! and thanks to CS I felt safe and surrounded by nice people all the time. There is not ONE amazing thing I've done but after years traveling and years living abroad, I went through so many small challenges in everyday life, they all together could be one amazing thing I've done.
