Always positive, love to meet new people and see new places. Always thinking of whats next..Very laidback, easygoing and open to new situations, experiences, cultures and people. My dream, which i will make happen, is to open a hostel where i can meet new people everyday and hopefully enhance their travelling experience.

HOW I PARTICIPATE
I have travelled quite vastly, and always hand out my email/details to fellow travellers and have a huge network of friends in different countries!! My thought is why would I want someone to stay in a hostel, when I have somewhere they can stay for free, and hopefully I can show them some things others normally wouldnt get to see in my city!! Hopefully this is reciprocated back to me...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ive slept in lounge rooms for months on end, under a dining table for 2 months.. (of course not overstaying my welcome). I have met people on planes back to Perth before who I referred to my brothers house to stay.. (As i dont have a house at the moment - I get accomodation with my job). But never fear, when I do, all will be welcome!!

For me travelling is all about the people I meet along the way.. The people who make up the country are the memories i cherish.. Along with like minded travellers, this is what makes me happy. I work for 6 months a year, travel for the remainder.. I know i'll never be rich, but money doesnt make people happy, a richness of experiences does!!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Part of a group of pioneers who travelled from Shimla to Leh (India) in Auto Rickshaws (tuk tuks).. Through the Spiti valley in the Himalayas in the most inappropriate machine around. We were the first know people in the world to complete this adventure in its entirety. What a blast! Check my website www.albysadventures.com for more pics etc..

I can offer travel stories, courtesy, cleanliness, household chores, smiles and even a bottle of wine if you are partial to a glass..just hit me up. I don't need to be told to keep clean, quiet or respectful, i will be so grateful just for the space you allow me to sleep.
