About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am not an adventurer by choice, but by fate.
ABOUT ME
I'm just me. A girl from KY who did not grow up riding horses, wearing overalls, or dating my cousin. It's called Louisville. A city of great culture and one or two note-worthy features (KY Derby, Louisville Slugger bats, Muhammed Ali, etc.). I moved to Florida to do the beach thing, then Colorado for the ski resort experience and now I'm living it up with the city-life/beach-life that is San Diego.
My biggest weakness is definitely fighting the urge to get out of town as much as possible. It's not that I don't like where I live, it's that there is a WORLD of places I've yet to venture and that draw keeps me up at night. Not literally, but figuratively, yes.
PHILOSOPHY
I live my life to reflect Christ's love and His teaching. I believe that life is a gift and I intend to fully live, explore and build relationships with people all over the world. I'm a doer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My former housemates and I hosted a delightful Frenchman in 2011 who needed a place to crash for a night. We had a great time and took him out on the town to see a little bit of Orlando's best.
I have also met up with other CSurfers for coffee and stayed with a lovely Canadian while galavanting in Vancouver.
Interests
Cooking, yoga, God's epic creation, music, traveling (obviously), reading, good wine, SCRABBLE!, legal addictive stimulants (coffee, tea), camping, hiking, kayaking, investing in friendships with the most fantastic people I've ever met.
