ABOUT ME

After the graduation of my college, I became a nurse. I came to know that my future career path is in accord with a business field more than a medical field, while reading diverse books and meeting different kinds of people. Also, I wanted to prepare for my future during given time. Those aspects solidified my decision to go back to university again to major business administration.

I paused my night-shift nursing job for four days a week and study to realize my long-cherished my dream, traveling around the world. When I finish up my study, it would be really difficult to get this great opportunity. As you already know, when people have money, they are short of time. Conversely, when people have time, they are short of money. My true heart let me go out of this country, South Korea.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that a person needs to decide the directions of their own life that is suitable to the person's characteristics and senses of value, if he or she wants to be satisfied with their lives. The best way is to experience in person, but every person have the limitation of time; Therefore, we could discover the direction which each person's heart want by meeting diverse people, reading books and watching movies. Especially, travel is really good way to learn about the life, because we could experience and feel so many things for a short period of time. The Analects of Confusius was completed through the long travel with his disciples. Couchsurfing could be the best way to meet many different kinds of people and learn about other cultures, so I respect the object of this web cite.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Summer in 2009, I was planning to take a trip to Chicago, but I had trouble finding a hostel, because of the high-demand season. A friend who live near Jamestown College let me know this great web cite for me, after hearing my plan. I was so surprised how could this be possible! I could feel that the way of travel is being revolutionized.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It is my honor to meet Art Nicol who hosted me when I took a trip in Chicago summer in 2009. At that time, I had trouble finding a hostel, because of the high-demand season. I came to know this great web cite three days before I lelf. I sent messages to Chicago citizens as many as possible, and a few people replied. He was the one of them. He made very yummy food for me on his own and gave me great hospitalities. Thanks to him, I could make really good memories that make me smile.
