ABOUT ME

I am a Feldenkrais practitioner (teach movement lessons and do Feldenkrais bodywork), a professional choir singer and clowning on high stilts :-). playing Samba(Batucada) and Capoeira percussion. An artist. A dancer and mover. I love movement and movement improvisation. A swimmer. I love to build and fix things. Recycling.
I am a peoples person. like to meet and communicate with new people, a good listener, takes time to get to know me. creative and like simplicity. can be humorous and funny if in good company. i like honesty very much. don't like BS. can make conversation about almost anything and like to learn new things all the time. i don't think that this is ALL about myself, so we better meet in person :-)

Vocal music, Jazz, Blues, classical, Rock, 60' 70' classic rock and 'hippie' music. Grateful Dead. Classical Indian Music, Brazilian and Latin Music and also Sinatra... as far as books... wow there are too many of them. i like good science fiction, movies too.

One memorable experience was in a Dance class years ago. we were doing a slow circle in the same spot. it took me almost 45 min to complete half a circle! the teacher stopped me because it was taking too long...

Ensine, Aprenda, Compartilhe

Can teach Contact Improvisation, Capoeira, Integration in Movement dance, Feldenkrais, swimming, some glass blowing, some photography and Photoshop, walking on high stilts, massage, playing Samba and Capoeira music, build and fix things, meditation and movement mediation, basic voice coach, some cooking and how to make a good Hummus.
would like to learn anything and everything, lately started Contact Juggling so that would be a good one.
