About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Make it count!
ABOUT ME
I'm old soul but a child at heart. I love to meet new people and share stories! I'm an outgoing person but I have very strong roots to my home, cities, and family. I'm one of 6 kids so I thrive in chaos. I've been a city girl my whole life but I love adventures and new places. I love it when a good meal brings people together. Puedo hablar español un poco y siempre quiero practicar y aprender más. I believe laughing is the same in every language. My boyfriend/travel partner is Kent Tweeten (see his CS profile for more info.)
PHILOSOPHY
MAKE IT COUNT.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I used it once while in Chile in 2012. Plan to use it more while adventuring through Argentina, Chile Bolivia and Peru con mi novio in October, November & December.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had a fabulous time couchsurfing for a night in Valdivia, Chile. Hope to have more experiences very soon!
Interests
Meeting people, chatting, laughing, and dining. I'm happy just walking around and looking at the things around me. A good conversation is one of the best things I could ask for. I love to listen to music and believe reading can open up just as many adventures as traveling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Can't pick one but here are my top three:
-Iguazu Falls were breathtaking. It was such an amazing experience that I can only describe it as indescribable.
-Biking through Mendoza wineries was a reminder that life is amazing and sometimes all you need is a bike, friends, and some wine.
-Mardi Gras in New Orleans is a blur of colors, lights, laughter, costumes, music and dancing. It feels more like dream than reality.
Teach, Learn, Share
I always love to practice my Spanish and take advantage of whatever opportunity I can to do so. I'm always down to talk with other learners and lovers of the language so we can all get better. I've taught myself to cook in the past two years but also enjoy learning more and sharing recipes!
