Well, I'm 26 years old and I'm new to this site. I've lived in San Antonio for the past 19 years, prior to that I grew up in Harlingen, TX.

I'll be adding and updating the site as time goes by. As I see other profiles I grab ideas and oddly find that I get to know myself better as I realize, "hey, I also like that", then I'll add it to my profile. I think this whole concept of couchsurfing is pretty cool.

I was born in Mexico City and my family from most of my lines has been in Mexico since the conquest of Tenochtitlan. The majority of my ancestors arrived from Europe in the 1600's-1700's. My most recent European ancestors left Crimmitschau, Saxony, Germany in 1883. I have some Aztec ancestry, Emperor Moctezuma is my 15th great grandfather.

I think I'm free-spirited, I enjoy hearing foreign languages and learning about other cultures and people. I love learning about traditions that are foreign to me as well as having a long talk weather it is about ancestry, things that are occurring in the world, and listening and learning about life. I like talking about philosophy and beliefs. I am open minded. I work to live, I don't live to work.

There is more than one way to look at situations that we are exposed to or experience in life.

To fulfill my desire in meeting new people, learning about your culture and Country. I want to know what it is like being in your shoes in your city. I want a locals point of view and to know the secrets of your city.

ohhhh and traveling. I have not traveled much, but I plan to change that. History is another one of my favorites. I simply enjoy learning about the past.

I love foreign music although my favourite genre would be Schlager music. I enjoy music that is upbeat and I also enjoy classical music.

I enjoy dramatic movies, history themed ones, chick-flicks, action movies and suspense movies.

My favorite series is Downton Abbey. My favorite movie would be Amélie or The Sound of Music.

I actually don't watch much TV. I feel TV is a box that feeds people with consumerism, fake ideals of life, and estranges people from reality and being human. TV can be useful in learning, don't get me wrong, but overall I simply do not enjoy sitting in front of a box. LOL, and I literally have a box TV. haha :P

Books, anything that has to do with history, and also suspense. I really like John Grisham. Oh, I also enjoy reading Wikipedia. lol, it's true.
