About Me

Moved to th U.S. for college, finished a year and a half ago, had a job that I wasn't happy at, so I'm moving back to Europe and will continue grad school closer to my family and seven dogs. I'm vegetarian, I won't try to turn anyone into one, it's your choice, just please don't ask me where I get my protein from lol

I'm a writer, into photography, dance, mainly Bollywood, a little bit of Bhangra and some salsa. I'm half Latina, so most of the time I pretend I know what I'm doing, even though I don't have a clue... :-)

Food is life! I'll always spend more money on food than on clothes and shoes. I've been trying to go with healthy choices for many years, but fries and pizza own my heart. Donuts too because... I mean, come on, donuts!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I haven't had the chance to travel much in this beautiful country. I was always stuck studying trying to meet high expectations from family and setting way too high expentations for myself. So before I leave, I'd love to see a few places and get to know locals and the special or even secret spots in their city. I don't believe in traveling for a few days or two weeks somewhere, to get to know a place one has to live there and take it in over months and even years, but couchsurfing makes it possible to take a shortcut and meet hosts that have a better understanding of the less "touristy" spots in their area, which is what I'd want to explore.

Eventually, I'd love to host travelers from all over the world, hear their stories and share some good conversations over a meal together. Once I'm settled in my new home by the end of the year.
