Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I feel like I have been missing out on what makes a lot of the places I've visited different. I would love to meet new people, especially those who know the city better and can tell me about it!

Interests

I actually studied music for a year before studying engineering. I play trumpet and like to sing casually. I used to play soccer a lot before I started university, but I've never been interested in spectating sports.

I have a weird variety of music I like including alternative rock, choir music, musical theatre, and some classical music (although I don't know much). I often am very interested in particular artists like Eric Whitacre, Imagine Dragons, and Twenty One Pilots.

I can share a lot about new york city, since I grew up nearby and have visited countless times. I would love to learn more about the foods that are unique to other countries and the everyday things that make life different there. Honestly, I'm not great at cooking but would love to learn how to cook any dish I haven't, and I'm a whiz with a toaster oven.
