About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel when I can and meet new people. :-)

ABOUT ME

I'm a 25-year-old girl working and living in Midland, Texas. I'm originally from Seattle, Washington and I moved here in November 2013. It was quite a shock. But I've made friends, joined a gym, and I'm enjoying all the sunshine. I really love being active and I love jogging, hiking, swimming in lakes, playing in ocean waves, and creating whether its painting, writing, making songs, or drawing.

PHILOSOPHY

I decide on many things based on how I will feel about those decisions at the end of my life. Just as long as I'm satisfied and happy with my life when I'm dying, I will be happy now. If I were to die now I'd be pretty damn happy!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few years ago, I swam two miles across the cold and treacherous waters of Puget Sound near Seattle. Other people were getting stung by jellyfish, but I didn't and I happily swam along like a polar bear. I did it in an event with other swimmers and it took 2 hours. I was so happy to reach the other side and was greeted by hot chocolate and cookies. :-D

What I Can Share with Hosts

As a lab tech, I've learned a lot about water quality, pollution, and water utilities. I also have had a pretty unique experience living in an oil boom town in the deserts of West Texas.
