ABOUT ME

I just finished my last year of law school in Iowa City. Now, I'm studying for the Florida Bar Exam and planning to move to Miami. Before law school, I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Bamako, Mali.

In general, I'm a traveler. I've been to Senegal, England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Mexico, and Canada. I've lived in the US, Costa Rica, and Mali.

I'm a very active person who enjoys rock climbing, sports, and random adventures.

I'm also a writer. I've written a few novels and screenplays. None of my novels have been published (yet), but one of my screenplays was supposed to be made into a very low budget, direct to DVD movie (last I heard, the financing fell through).

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I feel like I've done a lot of amazing things in my lifetime. Being a Peace Corps volunteer is high on that list for me.

Climbing to the top of a giant rock formation, and then camping out overnight at the top was pretty amazing.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I used to teach martial arts and fitness classes, and I'm always willing to give lessons (for sport, self defense, fun).

I love to learn new things (from practical skills to information, languages, fun random things, etc) and also to share what I know (I'm also a pretty good cook).
