I've been participating in work exchanges as a way to travel and meet more people. I want to see more of the world, and this seems to be the best (and cheapest) way to do it. I'm a recent college graduate who would prefer to be a full-time YA author instead of having a regular job, but until that happens, I'll continue to have a regular job (or helpxing).

I'm on couchsurfing to meet people and see more cities while I travel.

Interests

Reading--mostly YA books like The Vampire Academy series, Bloodlines series, Harry Potter series, Harry Dresden series (which isn't YA but is still good), I am Number Four series, The Lunar Chronicles series, and the list could go on forever
Writing--mostly YA stories
Traveling--only in the US so far, but I want to eventually visit other countries like England, South Korea, South Africa, Canada, Mexico, etc.
Watching my shows like The Walking Dead, Supernatural, Criminal Minds, Suits, Scandal, Recovery Road, Shadowhunters, Suits, Daria, Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Legend of Korra, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly read YA books. I don't know which one is my favorite, though. There are too many to choose from.
I'll listen to whatever sounds good, but my favorite band at the moment is Marianas Trench and my favorite artist atm is Tove Lo.
I love movies. I used to work at a movie theater and miss it sometimes. My favorite movie atm is Dope followed by Kingsman followed by Paper Towns followed by The Conjuring, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have written two complete novels and am about to finish my third. (The first one was horrible. The second one isn't bad, but I need to edit/rewrite it. The third one is better, but I'll have to edit it as well. The reason why I've only finished three is because I can't turn off my inner editor. I have the tendency to stop writing a story when I reach the middle if I feel like it isn't working and will rewrite it. I do this almost all of the time.)
