ABOUT ME

While travelling, I usually don't enjoy too much visiting the top touristic sights in a city. Except for a few, they normally disappoint me and I don't even visit most. I would rather have a more authentic experience with you, either if It's walking around your neighbourhood, eating/drinking at your favorite restaurant or hanging out with your friends. In other words, I prefer when you think about you and do what YOU feel like doing, rather than me ;)

I love living experiences and getting to know new people. I think experiences are more valuable than material things.
I have curiosity for almost everything in the world and I feel blessed for that because I enjoy so much any new experience! I love reading books about the subjects I like, exploring new places and meeting people who thinks different than me and has different way of life.
I am a very social person and I like to talk and connect with other people anywhere I go. The values I appreciate the most are sincerity, honesty, authenticity and kindness.
I love to have fun, and for that I do a lot of different activities. I am a very active person and I am open to any proposal!

Normally I don't eat meat, but I am flexible and above all respectful with the people who do. If we meet, we don't necessarily need to go to a vegetarian restaurant. Just a place where I can order some veggies/fish or seafood.

PHILOSOPHY

We humans are meant to be social and exchange experiences together.

In your life you are guaranteed to be disappointed, let down, congratulated, adored, rejected and rewarded. These are things that will affect you. However, it doesn’t have to shape you. You have the choice of perspective and action. Whether we go through good or bad situations, it is how we handle those circumstances that allow us to be happy, fulfilled and ultimately live a good life.

Just as the world outside is constantly affecting you, the world within is what determines your perspective and expression. When we learn the power of our choice, we have the option to always be the better man. No matter what happens, you always have choice. How you live with what you get is the key to living your ideal life!

MEDITATION
I have been meditating every day for the last years and It's one of the best practices I have ever implemented in my life. I don't follow any religion or spiritual practice, I just meditate quietly. I'd recommend It to everyone.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've hosted some people in my place in Barcelona with really great experiences. I like to have interesting conversations, get to know the other person's culture and if possible, try his/her local cuisine ;)
If I have time I can also walk around the city, but that's not sure.

When travelling, I've met amazing people through couchsurfing and I've been very happily hosted.
