Hello, I'm Aleja, and I'm 24 years old! I was born in the city of Bogotá, the capital of Colombia, a beautiful country with abundant biodiversity. I'm very curious, sociable, adventurous, and that's why I made the decision to start traveling the world. Meeting new people makes me happy, sharing, learning, and teaching inspire me a lot in life.

I'm a woman passionate about sports; I love to travel, read, write, speak, meet new people and places, and learn about cultures, art, and languages.

I discovered the art of traveling six months ago when I decided to take my bicycle and start traveling solo through Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales. Now, I'm embarking on a new adventure with my mom, who is visiting Europe for the first time. We're traveling without bicycles, just with two small suitcases that accompany us on our adventures. I want to make my mom very happy and show her the world as I see it now.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy rock, reggae, hip-hop, indie, pop and salsa music. I'm a fan of psychology books and literature, such as 'Perfume,' 'La María,' and 'Chronicle of a Death Foretold.' My favorite short story is 'The Little Prince.' When it comes to movies, I tend to gravitate towards science fiction or romance; I really like The Butterfly Effect, Fight Club, Perfume, and Marvel movies. I also like watching TV series like Friends, The Big Bang Theory,and Avatar: The Last Airbender, Vikings, Game of Thrones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most incredible thing I've ever done in my entire life was traveling solo through Europe on a bicycle for 6 months. It was a wonderful adventure that changed my life, taught me a lot about the world and its people. During my journey, I climbed many mountains, crossed amazing rivers and Beaches, visited beautiful places, saw the Northern Lights, and explored marvelous natural reserves.

I can teach you Spanish, and due to my academic studies and professional experience, I can also teach you digital marketing, content creation, how to ride a bicycle, and even how to travel the world by bike.

I can also share insights about the countries I've visited, travel tips, or different applications I've used during my journeys.
