What I Can Share with Hosts

I can talk them about how to have a healthier style of life (vegan), or reduce their waste (plastic, food, etc). I can give some DIY of natural products, tips for minimalism. Everything form what I have been researched and experienced, I'm not a doctor.

Also, I can invite them for a lunch or coffee (vegan) to practice their Spanish or just to chat :)
