One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am lover and protector animal and I have had beautiful experiences with them in my different jobs, but one day I was walking down the street and I found a little puppy that was bleeding and almost dead on the floor, without thinking I took him to the first vet I met, I stayed with him all that day and the veterinarian managed to saved his life, I stayed the next 3 days of his recovery at the vet until I took him to my home for another 3 days, I had the feeling that this dog had some owners looking for him in every corner of Bogota, Colombia, he was a very educated and homely dog, I decided to start looking for his family by all media and after long days of searching I found a photo with his characteristics, I called and told them what happened, was so much the happiness of these people who came to my house in less than half an hour, what a beautiful surprise that if they were their owners, our faces filled with tears to see the beautiful reunion, and today I can say that it is wonderful to feel that you return the joy to a family who considered this little dog as his son, as a member of their family, not only to have found his owners still makes me very happy but the fact is I saved his life after finding him on the ground almost dead. It was so much the gratitude of these people with me that they called me the angel of their home, they made a wonderful dinner and they invited me, they gave me many gifts and today we have a beautiful friendship. The protagonist of this story is called muñeco, but from the moment I took him in my arms I call him hope.

Soy amante y protectora de los animales y he tenido hermosas experiencias con ellos en mis diferentes trabajos, pero un día iba caminando por la calle y encontré un pequeño perrito el cual estaba sangrando y casi muerto en el suelo, sin pensarlo dos veces lo levante y lo lleve a la primera veterinaria que encontré, permanecí con el todo ese día y el veterinario logro salvar su vida, yo permanecí los 3 siguientes días de su recuperación en la veterinaria hasta que lo lleve a mi casa por otros 3 días, cuando finalmente el perrito estaba más recuperado decidí buscar su familia ya que no parecía un perro cualquiera de la calle, yo tenía el presentimiento de que este perro tenía unos dueños buscándolo en cada rincón de Bogotá, Colombia, era un perro muy educado y hogareño, decidí comenzar a buscar a su familia por todos los medios y tras largos días de búsqueda encontré una foto con sus características, llame y les conté lo sucedido, fue tanta la alegría de estas personas que llegaron a mi casa en menos de media hora, que tan hermosa sorpresa que si eran sus dueños, nuestros rostros se llenaron de lágrimas al ver el hermoso reencuentro, y hoy puedo decir que es maravilloso sentir que le devuelves la alegría a una familia que consideraba a este pequeño perro como su hijo, como miembro de su familia, no solo el haber encontrado a sus dueños hoy en día me sigue haciendo muy feliz sino el hecho de haberle salvado la vida a este pequeño, después de encontrarlo en el suelo casi muerto. Fue tanto el agradecimiento de estas personas conmigo que me llamaron el angel de su hogar, hicieron una maravillosa cena y me invitaron, me dieron muchos regalos y hoy en día tenemos una linda amistad. El protagonista de esta historia se llama muñeco, pero yo desde el momento en que lo tome en mis brazos herido lo llame hope (esperanza).

Quiero enseñarle al mundo todo lo que tengo de mí, mis experiencias y anécdotas, mi pasión por la naturaleza, los animales y el medio ambiente, quiero enseñarle a la gente a cuidar de nuestra madre naturaleza, enseñando su verdadera importancia, quiero enseñarle a la gente el gran valor de ayudar al mundo y que no hay que recibir nada material a cambio, solo recibir a cambio toneladas de sonrisas y buena energía.
