ABOUT ME

How can I introduce myself?... Well, I don't belong anywhere. I'm half french/half filipina, born in Qatar. I've been traveling and living abroad since I was born because my parents worked abroad (mostly in Africa and in the Middle East). This is why I love traveling !
What else can I say? I would describe myself as easygoing, curious about the world, big dreamer, quiet and shy at first sight but open-minded and caring person :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have already hosted some friends of mine (from Japan, France, Texas) when they came visit me in my hometown and I showed them around.

Once I visited my friend from Tunisia and I stayed 2 weeks at her place with her family.

I've been hosted by my Hungary friend in Budapest and by locals CS in Germany and Sweden when I was traveling in Europe.

Interests

Volcanoes, traveling and if I can by train, photography, meeting international people, spending time with my friends, mongolian throat songs (khöömii), karaoke, practicing yoga, bouldering, learning all the time, languages, skiing, drawing, laughing a lot, Japanese culture, sciences, chemistry, Bollywood movies

Music, Movies, and Books

Any kind of music. I'm learning how to play guitar and I would love to learn how to play drums.

Movies:
- Paprika, Persepolis, Little Miss Sunshine, Lost in Translation, Amelie, Star Wars, any movies from Studio Ghibli or Bollywood
- I also love watching TV Shows (The Big Bang Theory, Breaking Bad, Weeds, GOT...) and anime (DBZ, Hunter x Hunter, One Punch Man...)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking on a volcano in Hawaii !

When I managed to hike up Acatenango volcano in Guatemala (3,976 m) while I just started to walk again, after having a knee injury for 2 years !!

Breaking my foot the day before I traveled to Greece. I thought it would ruin my trip, but in the end I was so excited to see new places that I managed to walk everywhere with my broken foot!

Once my friend and I hitchhiked from Norway to Sweden. We wanted to stay in Göteborg for only one day and come back to Oslo at night since the two cities are really close to each others. However we couldn't find anybody to drive us back to Norway, plus there were no more trains or buses running. We got stuck in Sweden for the night with no money with us. Therefore we decided to spend the night in clubs and take the first bus the morning after. This is how me met one nice swedish guy who kindly offered us his couch! Finally it was great not staying outside the whole night! But it was funny and such a great experience!
