About Me

CURRENT MISSION

why am I dragging around this slab of meat called a body? mission, find out!

ABOUT ME

I'm 19 years old and aah! theres too little time so much to doo ! picasso was 19 when he went to paris! I'm american, of mexican parents, je parle francais aussi, i have 2 dogs, im moving to oregon in a few months, life ho!

Am extremely adaptable!

PHILOSOPHY

My legs are itching for want of walking! my body wants to exert energy, not be flattened by the black hole that is everyday life, even though i can go off on a tangent on how everyday life is so beautiful, i just as soon fall out of love with it. I need to do something ! and comfort is my greatest enemy.

I refuse to believe the world is any bit mundane.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books

Books. I'm in love with Gertrude Stein, head over heels for David Mamet, John Steinbeck, recently read Nabokov's Lolita and Ionesco's Hunger and Thirst, and wow! how i'd love to have them both over for dinner sometime! i read a lot, right now dante's divine comedy and david mitchells' black swan green.

Movies! oof. Irma Vep, The Place beyond the Pines, Only God Forgives, Gummo, Waltz with Bashir, A Single Man, No One Knows About Persian Cats, La Moustache, Shame, Who's That Knocking On My Door,The Darjeeling Limited, Amores Perros, Dog Day Afternoon, There Will Be Blood, the Science of Sleep, and on and on. I am a huge Wong Kar Wai , Nouvelle Vague, Joauqin Phoenix, Lars von Trier fan. this is a dangerous category to get me started on!

Musica Maestro! ill be brief. David lynch, The smiths, Catwalk, the killers, mike patton, belle and sebastian, arctic monkeys, arcade Fire! , but best of all i like mixed cds other people make

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

standing on the edge of a rocky enclave with the whole sky seemingly falling down on me, rain seep seep seeping though my clothes til it met my skin, there's nothing more amazing than being caught in the midst of nature's fury

Teach, Learn, Share

i know a lot about persian miniature paintings, movies, california (if anybody has questions about getting around etc, where to visit), i can write and edit a mean essay

ive always wanted to learn to sail! and im always excited to learn to cook different things. also, i'm keen on learning many more languages.

i believe in humanity! despite being in dubious battle! and this i'd like to share with others!

Countries I’ve Visited

Czech Republic, England, France, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Mexico, Romania, Spain, Switzerland
